If you are paying by 'Beem It' , 'Pay ID' or 'Osko' you will be notified immediately the funds have cleared her account.

Cancellation policy 
She understands life happens and sometimes things  are beyond your control. 
Katherine does take time and effort to set up your arrangement.
For this reason Katherine requires notice of the need to cancel . 
Katherine will hold your deposit for 60 days for rebooking. Less any incurred fees.
